More than 48 hours notice must be given prior to start date in order to be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling 48 hours before the course can be done for free. There is a $20 fee for rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to the course. If the course is missed, and there has been no attempt to reschedule, payment is forfeited.
